The company is the legal owner of Franke's commercial intangibles such as patents, trademarks, know how, etc. NIRO-Plan AG undertakes a number of activities to develop and support the Franke trade intangibles. These activities include but are not limited to:

NIRO-Plan AG is the legal owner of the Franke brand and other related brands incl. domain names. The company undertakes to develop and support the Franke brand through Franke brand design guidelines, Franke corporate websites, etc.
